EXPERIENCE
Mr. Hodder's practice includes corporate mergers and acquisitions, securities and estate administration.

Prior to joining Nyberg & Cassioppi, LLC, Mr. Hodder was an associate attorney with The Otto Law Group, PLLC in Seattle, Washington from 2007 until 2009. While at Otto Law, Mr. Hodder assisted small to mid-sized businesses with corporate and securities law matters including financing and capital raises, public offerings, corporate governance, and mergers and acquisitions.

While in law school, as a member of Seattle University's Ronald A. Peterson Law Clinic, Mr. Hodder successfully argued in King County Superior Court, Washington State's first application of its Equity Skimming Act to residential mortgage foreclosure-rescue confidence schemes, contributing to the subsequent adoption of substantial new law by the Washington State Legislature. In addition to his practice in Illinois, Mr. Hodder maintains an active license to practice law in Washington State.

EDUCATION
Mr. Hodder received his Juris Doctorate degree from the Seattle University School of law. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from the University of Washington in 2001, with concentrations in Finance, Organizational Management and Marketing.

PERSONAL
Mr. Hodder and his wife, Lauren, live in Naperville. Mr. Hodder's bar association memberships include: the Illinois and Washington State Bar Associations, as well as the Du Page County, King County (WA), and American Bar Associations.
